With a hands on approach to a well-rounded education, Tri-Rivers offers three pathways for high school students to earn their diploma. In addition, students gain a leg up by earning industry specific certifications before even graduating high school. For adult education and training, most certifications are designed to be completed in one year, paving a quicker path to better employment. Adult Education Director Richard George reiterates, “Our school mission is to educate students in an engaging environment for tomorrow’s opportunities in the workforce and community. Our students give back to the community as they serve in our local health care system, public safety services, and skilled trades.”
Recently, Tri-Rivers introduced the Adult Diploma Welding Program, giving adults 22 years of age and older who do not have a GED or High School diploma the opportunity to earn a high school diploma by successfully completing the program.
